Defamation suit against Imran Khan dismissed
A division bench of the Peshawar High Court dismissed a defamation suit filed by MPA Bakht Baidar Khan against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf Chairperson Imran Khan. It sent the case back to the trial court for hearing.
