Muttahida Qaumi Movement (MQM) Chief Altaf Hussain criticized the National Action Plan Committee (NAPC) decision to establish military courts by saying that it will be better to declare a complete martial law. Altaf Hussain said that the country has seen many martial laws and can bear another after an All Parties Conference passed NAPC recommendations included establishment of military courts for speedy justice to control terrorism.
