Ayyan Ali approaches SHC for removal of name from ECL
Supermodel Ayyan Ali has approached the Sindh High Court (SHC), asking for the removal of her name from the Exit Control List (ECL). Making the interior ministry and in-charge Jinnah International Airport as respondents, Ayyan Ali’s lawyer contended her inclusion in the Exit Control List (ECL) violated fundamental rights in light of Article 18 of the Constitution.
