PM’s lawyer challenges ECP rule in disqualification case
The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) resumed hearing into identical petitions seeking the disqualification of Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif over Panama Papers leaks. A full bench of the ECP, headed by Chief Election Commissioner (CEC) retired Justice Sardar Mohammad Raza Khan, took up the petitions.
