British authorities are under no pressure to go soft on the Muttahida Qaumi Movement, said Mark Sedwill, Home Office Permanent Secretary, during a session of Home Affairs Committee held on Wednesday in response to questions raised by a lawmaker regarding Altaf Hussain’s speech that led to violence in Karachi on 22nd August 2016.
