New ISI chief & PM Nawaz Sharif hold first meeting
Lt General Naveed Mukhtar called on Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif, in the first such visit since his appointment as chief of Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI) earlier this month. During the meeting, the DG ISI and the Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif discussed policy guidelines and internal security. Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif appreciated ISI's counter-terrorism role.
