| No institution allowed to work outside of limits, Says CJP |
|
Chief Justice of Pakistan (CJP) Justice Anwar Zaheer Jamali said no institution would be allowed to operate outside of its limits. Addressing a ceremony held to mark the new judicial year, the Chief Justice of Pakistan said democracy was based on the distribution or powers among institutions and this ensures balance. Chief Justice of Pakistan also added that " There should be a democratic structure under which power is with the elected representatives of people ".
