Amir Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Siraj ul Haq said no individual, organization or party can decide about Qitaal; only the incumbent Government has the authority to do so. Amir Jamaat-e-Islami (JI) Siraj ul Haq said Jihad has a vast meaning and tarnishing its name cannot be justified.
