PTI challenges return of its petition in Supreme Court
The Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaf (PTI) challenged in the Supreme Court its registrar’s decision of returning the party’s petition and terming it ‘frivolous’. The party had moved the petition against Prime Minister Nawaz Sharif and his family members for their alleged involvement in the Panamagate scandal.
