Forwarding the matter of resignations of Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf (PTI) lawmakers to the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) would be like sending a letter to the wrong postal address. But resignations matter not within ECP jurisdiction, say election authorities.
