Sindh Chief Minister Syed Qaim Ali Shah, two of his cabinet members and senior leader Faryal Talpur left for Dubai to meet Pakistan Peoples Party co-chairman Asif Ali Zardari to finalise a strategy in the wake of an anti-corruption drive launched mainly by federal institutions.
