| Supreme Court questions misuse of authority by Asif to get |

ISLAMABAD: The Supreme Court while hearing previous outside clergyman Khawaja Asif's allure against exclusion from holding open office addressed if the last had utilized his power to get a raise.
A three-part seat headed by Justice Umer Ata Bandial was hearing the interest recorded by Asif, against the Islamabad High Court's decision that precluded the PML-N pioneer on April 27 under Article 62 (1)(f) of the Constitution for neglecting to uncover his work in a UAE organization and the month to month pay he was getting.
Equity Bandiyal asked if the pastor's compensation raise — from AED9,000 to AED30,000 and after that AED50,000 — depended on his execution. Asif's attorney Munir Malik reacted that it was an aftereffect of good recommendations that his customer had made.
Amid the hearing, Justice Bandial commented that Asif could be made a government serve if the decision on his exclusion was upset.

The hearing was deferred till May 31.
اسلام آباد: سپریم کورٹ کے جج جسٹس فیصل عرب نے نااہلی کے خلاف اپیل کی سماعت میں کہا ہے کہ خواجہ آصف کے بیان میں تضاد لگتا ہے۔
سپریم کورٹ میں خواجہ آصف کی نا اہلی کے خلاف اپیل کی سماعت ہوئی۔ خواجہ آصف کے وکیل منیر اے ملک نے کہا کہ اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ نے دبئی بنک اکاوٴنٹ اور تنخواہ چھپانے کو بدنیتی قرار دیا، عدالت نے اس بنا پر آرٹیکل 62 ون ایف کا اطلاق کیا۔
جسٹس عمر عطابندیال نے پوچھا کہ کیا جس کے پاس خواجہ آصف ملازمت کرتے تھے ان کا پاکستان میں بھی کاروبار ہے، کیا تنخواہ خدمات پر دی جاتی ہے یا پھر خواجہ آصف کے پاس کوئی بڑا دفتر تھا؟۔ منیر اے ملک نے بتایا کہ پہلے تنخواہ 9 ہزار، پھر 30 ہزار،اور پھر 50ہزار درھم تھی، اچھے مشورے دینے پر تنخواہ میں اضافہ ہوا۔
جسٹس فیصل عرب نے کہا کہ خواجہ آصف نے کاغذات نامزدگی میں تنخوا ہ صفر بتائی، خواجہ آصف کے ہائی کورٹ اور یہاں کے بیان میں تضاد لگتا ہے۔ منیر اے ملک نے کہا کہ خواجہ آصف کی غیر ملکی آمدن میں تنخواہ بھی شامل تھی۔ جسٹس فیصل عرب نے پوچھا کیا خواجہ آصف دبئی کمپنی کے ملازم تھے؟۔ منیر اے ملک نے کہا کہ خواجہ آصف کمپنی کے ملازم اور تنخواہ لے رہے تھے۔
آج سماعت میں خواجہ آصف کے وکیل منیر اے ملک نے اپنے دلائل مکمل کرلیے۔ کیس کی سماعت 31 مئی تک ملتوی کردی گئی۔ اگلی سماعت پر عثمان ڈار کے وکیل سکندر بشیر مہند 31 مئی کو دلائل دیں گے۔
واضح رہے کہ اسلام آباد ہائی کورٹ نے پی ٹی آئی کے رہنما عثمان ڈار کی درخواست پر وزیر خارجہ خواجہ آصف کو اقامہ چھپانے پر تاحیات نااہل قرار دے دیا تھا۔
